We know that travel plans may change due to unforeseen circumstances, and our goal is to support our valued clients by offering clear guidelines on cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling for hotels, attractions, and tourism services.

Cancellation Policy- Al Jory Tourism

Hotel Booking Cancellation Policy

When it comes to hotel reservations in Dubai and across the UAE, our Dubai Tourism Cancellation Policy ensures guests understand how refunds and charges are applied. While exact terms may vary depending on the property, duration of stay, and season, the following general rules are in place:

  • Standard Hotels (3-star to 5-star):
    • Cancellations made 72 hours or more before check-in: Full refund.
    • Cancellations made within 48–72 hours: 50% of the total booking amount will be charged.
    • Cancellations within 24 hours of check-in or no-shows: 100% charge (non-refundable).
  • Peak Season / Holiday Periods (Eid, New Year, Expo, etc.):
    • All bookings are non-refundable during peak seasons unless otherwise specified at the time of booking.
    • Amendments to bookings are subject to hotel approval and availability.

Important Note: Some hotels enforce stricter cancellation rules. In such cases, the hotel’s individual cancellation policy will override our general policy, and this will be communicated clearly during your booking process.

Attraction Tickets Cancellation Policy

Attraction tickets in Dubai and the wider UAE are subject to strict cancellation rules imposed by venues. Under the Dubai Tourism Cancellation Policy, most attraction tickets are non-refundable once issued.

Non-Refundable Tickets

The following attraction tickets cannot be canceled, refunded, or modified once booked:

  • Burj Khalifa – At The Top (all levels)
  • Museum of the Future
  • Dubai Aquarium & Underwater Zoo
  • Dubai Frame
  • Sky Views Dubai
  • Ferrari World, Yas Waterworld, and Warner Bros Abu Dhabi
  • Motiongate, Bollywood Parks, Legoland Dubai
  • Global Village (seasonal entry)
  • Ain Dubai (when operational)

These tickets are date- and time-specific. Once confirmed, no changes or refunds are possible.

Refundable Experiences (Case-by-Case Basis)

Certain experiences may allow flexibility, such as:

  • Desert Safari
  • Dhow Cruise Dinners
  • Private Yacht Rentals

For these, cancellations or rescheduling are possible if requested at least 48 hours in advance, subject to vendor approval and availability.

Modifications and Rescheduling

  • Rescheduling requests must be submitted up to 48 hours before the experience date.
  • Not all services can be modified; attraction tickets in particular are fixed once issued.
  • If an operator cancels a service (due to weather or technical issues), Al Jory Tourism will provide either a full refund or a suitable alternative experience.

Refund Processing Timeline

Refunds, where applicable under our Dubai Tourism Cancellation Policy, will be processed as follows:

  • Refunds are issued within 7–10 business days.
  • The refund will be made to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
  • For international transactions or credit card payments, refund timelines may vary depending on your bank.

Important Reminders

To ensure smooth processing and avoid losses, please keep in mind:

  1. Always double-check tour dates, attraction timings, and hotel check-in details before confirming your booking.
  2. During high-demand periods, we strongly advise early cancellations or modifications to minimize charges.
  3. Group bookings and special promotions may have different cancellation terms, which will be provided in advance.
