Welcome to Al Jory Tourism! These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our services, including Dubai tour packages, desert safari bookings, attraction tickets, transportation, hotel reservations, and all other tourism-related services offered through our platform.

By booking with Al Jory Tourism, you agree to comply with the following terms. Please read them carefully before confirming your travel plans.

Booking & Confirmation Policy

  • All bookings are subject to availability and must be confirmed in writing via email, WhatsApp, or our official website.
  • A booking is considered confirmed only after full or partial payment (as agreed) and written confirmation from our team.
  • For same-day bookings, immediate payment is required. Last-minute reservations may be limited based on availability.

Payment Terms

  • We accept cash (AED/USD), credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and secure online payment links.
  • For customized Dubai tour packages or large group bookings, a minimum deposit of 50% may be required in advance.
  • Full payment must be completed before the start of the tour or service, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled tour will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 24 to 48 hours are eligible for a 25% refund.
  • Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows are non-refundable, as arrangements and reservations will have been finalized.
  • Certain services (such as Burj Khalifa tickets, Museum of the Future, and special event entries) are non-refundable once issued.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days.


Tour Modifications & Rescheduling

  • You may request to reschedule your tour or activity at least 24 hours in advance. We will accommodate changes based on availability.
  • Al Jory Tourism reserves the right to reschedule, reroute, or cancel any tour due to weather conditions, safety issues, or force majeure. In such cases, alternative options or full refunds will be provided.

Pickup & Drop-Off

  • Pickup and drop-off services are included in many of our Dubai city tours and desert safaris. Details will be shared during booking.
  • Guests must be ready at the designated location 10 minutes before pickup time to avoid delays.
  • Delays caused by traffic or unforeseen circumstances will be communicated promptly.

Group Tours & Private Tours

  • For group tours, all guests are expected to adhere to the schedule. Late arrivals may result in missed experiences with no refund.
  • Private tours in Dubai offer greater flexibility but must still follow pre-agreed timing unless otherwise arranged.
  • Group size limits may apply for certain activities (e.g., yachts, dune buggies, etc.).

Customer Responsibilities

  • Clients are responsible for their own personal belongings during tours. Al Jory Tourism is not liable for lost or stolen items.
  • Any damage caused to vehicles or property due to guest negligence will be charged to the guest.
  • Guests should follow all safety instructions provided by the tour guide or service operator.

Health & Safety

  • Guests with pre-existing medical conditions, heart problems, or back issues should avoid activities like dune bashing or water sports.
  • Pregnant women are strongly advised not to participate in desert safari dune rides.
  • All experiences are conducted under UAE safety regulations, and guests participate at their own risk.

Photography & Media Use

  • During certain tours (e.g., desert safari, dhow cruise), photography or videography may be conducted by our team or third-party partners.
  • By participating in these activities, you grant us permission to use images or video of your participation for marketing and promotional purposes, unless you opt out in writing before the tour.

Local Laws and Conduct

  • All guests must respect UAE laws, culture, and local customs during their visit.
  • Any unlawful behavior, public disturbance, or misconduct will lead to immediate cancellation of services without refund and may be reported to the local authorities.

       Liability Disclaimer

  • While we strive to provide a safe and enjoyable experience, Al Jory Tourism is not liable for any injury, loss, accident, or delay arising from any act or default of third-party providers (transport, attractions, restaurants, etc.).
  • We do not assume responsibility for any delays or service disruptions caused by weather, government restrictions, or force majeure events.
