Pickup & Drop-Off Policy

• Pick-up will be arranged only from the locations specified in your selected booking option.
• Please provide the exact pickup and drop-off address along with your preferred time schedule during the booking process to ensure punctual service.

Children Travel Policy

• Children below 3 years old can travel free of charge, as long as they do not occupy a seat to the exclusion of a fare-paying passenger and are accompanied by an adult.

Transfer Details

• This is a one-time intercity transfer between two designated locations.
• The vehicle will drop you off and return at the scheduled time for pick-up.
• Please note: The vehicle is not available for continuous use or multiple stops during your visit it is not at your disposal for the entire duration.

Timing & Waiting Period

• A 15-minute grace period is provided for waiting during pickups.
• Actual pickup times may vary based on traffic and your exact location.

Onboard Conduct

• In accordance with our transport policy, eating, drinking, and smoking are strictly not allowed inside our vehicles to maintain cleanliness and comfort for all guests.

Cancellation Policy 

We understand that travel plans can change. Here’s our clear and simple cancellation policy for Dubai Intercity Transfers:

• Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled pickup time will receive a full refund no questions asked.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time will incur a 100% cancellation fee (no refund).
• If a guest fails to show up at the confirmed pickup location without prior notice, no refund will be issued.
• You may reschedule or modify your pickup time up to 24 hours in advance, subject to vehicle availability.
