Pickup & Drop-off Guidelines

• Pick-up and drop-off are available only from locations listed in the booking options.
• Kindly provide your complete flight details, hotel name, and exact pickup address at the time of booking.
• Ensure your preferred pickup and drop-off timings are clearly mentioned.

Children Policy

• Children aged under 3 years can travel free of charge, provided they do not occupy a separate seat and are accompanied by an adult passenger.

Transfer Usage

• This service includes a two-way transfer only:
• Arrival Transfer – From Dubai International Airport (DXB) to your hotel.
• Departure Transfer – From your hotel back to Dubai International Airport (DXB).

Please note: The vehicle will not remain at your disposal between these transfers or during your hotel stay.

Timeliness & Waiting Period

• Our drivers allow a grace waiting time of up to 15 minutes at your scheduled pickup location.
• Actual pickup times may vary depending on your location and traffic conditions, especially during peak hours.
• For airport pickups, we monitor your flight schedule to adjust pickup in case of delays.

Onboard Rules

• To maintain a clean and professional environment, eating, drinking, and smoking are strictly prohibited inside the vehicle during the transfer.
